Job summary

IBM Consulting in Chicago is seeking an Associate Package Consultant to help clients select, implement, and support packaged solutions such as Salesforce, delivering business value across industries.

You will work with a growth mindset, translate business needs into technical requirements, and collaborate with clients and teams to drive meaningful outcomes while traveling up to 100% as needed. A Bachelor's degree is required; ERP/CRM exposure or internship is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Internship, co-op or project experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) or CRM (Salesforce).
• Exposure to AI-driven tools to analyze data or improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive client solutions.
• Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
• Use Design Thinking to solve client challenges.
