Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, SharePoint).
• Provide strategic recommendations to drive client solutions and outcomes.
• Lead or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop process maps for current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) states.
• Apply IBM Design Thinking to address client challenges.
