Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a People & Culture Analyst 1, Systems to support the administration of Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR information systems. The role reviews requests, performs data corrections, generates reports, and helps with audits and documentation updates.

Strong attention to detail and communication are essential. The successful candidate will participate in projects across recruiting, core HR, performance management, and compensation, while maintaining data integrity and supporting

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent corporate experience required.
One year of admin or entry HR experience required.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, or CRM systems preferred.
Experience in professional services or corporate environment preferred.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.

Responsibilities

Assess and escalate incoming ServiceNow HRIS requests as needed.
Handle basic record corrections, reports, and user questions.
Run, edit and share recurring reports for various teams weekly/monthly.
Generate and review data audits to identify issues.
Assist with administration of HR information systems and documentation updates.
Support testing and training material updates for quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM releases.
