Job summary

BDO USA seeks a People & Culture Analyst 1, Systems to assist with Oracle Cloud HCM administration and related support projects. You will review requests, perform data corrections, and escalate where needed, while contributing to data integrity via audits and regular reporting.

The role supports recruiting, core HR, performance, absence, and compensation workflows, with attention to detail, learning mindset, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or prior corporate experience, required
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• One (1) or more years of administrative or entry level HR experience, required
• Experience with HRIS/ATS or CRM-type systems preferred
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming ServiceNow HRIS requests and escalate as needed
• Handle basic requests including employee record corrections, reports and user questions
• Run, edit and disseminate recurring reports to other teams on weekly/monthly cadences
• Generate and review data audits to identify issues
• Work with People & Culture Field teams to identify resolution and processes
• Process test employment transactions and complete test scripts for quarterly updates in Oracle Cloud HCM
• Update user guides and assist in delivering training updates
