Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a People & Culture Analyst 1, Systems to assist with the administration of the People & Culture information system, Oracle Cloud HCM, and related support projects. The role includes reviewing requests, data corrections, report generation, audits, and documentation updates.

The Analyst will work across recruiting, core HR, performance, absence, and compensation modules, requiring strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or prior corporate experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• One year or more of administrative or entry level HR experience is required.
• Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking, CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming ServiceNow HRIS requests and escalate as needed.
• Handle basic requests including employee record corrections and reports.
• Run and disseminate recurring reports on weekly and monthly cadences.
• Generate and review data audits to identify issues.
• Assist with test employment transactions and quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM updates.
