Job summary

BDO USA seeks a People & Culture Analyst 1, Systems to assist with Oracle Cloud HCM administration and related support projects. You will review requests, perform data corrections, and handle reporting while escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities include auditing data integrity, running audit reports, and supporting quarterly regression testing. Hopeful candidates will contribute to user documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or prior corporate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• 1+ year of administrative or entry level HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking or CRM systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess all incoming ServiceNow HRIS requests and escalate as needed.
• Handle basic requests including employee record corrections, reports and user questions.
• Run and share recurring reports to other teams on weekly and monthly cadences.
• Generate and review data audits to identify issues.
• Collaborate with People & Culture Field teams to identify resolutions.
