Job Description

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant with multiple Upgrade and Implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end-to-end responsibility and accountability in activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configuring the system, coordinating system integration testing, user training, and acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX, or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Extensive experience in at least 4 modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence.
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience in providing status and issue reports to project managers/clients.
• Ability to recommend roadmaps, develop high-level implementation plans, identify functionality gaps, and develop solutions.
• Understanding of current state processes and developing future state recommendations.
• Ability to advise clients on options, risks, and impacts.
• Experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions.
• Developing end-user documentation and training materials.
• Delivering end-user training.
• Effective communication skills and ability to drive project deliverables.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and timely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle hands-on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (query transactions, linking tables).
• Experience working on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence modules.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Production support experience in Fusion Cloud projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global delivery model with offshore teams as onsite coordinator.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may occur via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
