Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery across design, integrations, reporting, data conversion, testing, and production deployment.
• Lead technical discussions and answer client questions related to OCI, OIC, CIF, APIs, middleware, networks.
• Provide hands-on debugging and issue resolution during onshore hours, coordinating with offshore teams.
• Manage onshore/offshore technical delivery, including design reviews, progress tracking, code quality, testing, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain inventory and status tracker for integrations, reports, Fast Formulas, and data conversion components.
• Lead environment planning, provisioning, configuration, connectivity, refreshes, and deployment readiness.
• Advise client on best practices for testing, data validation, reconciliation, and operational support.
• Drive technical readiness for testing cycles including payroll parallel testing and UAT.
• Own technical cutover planning, deployment sequencing, data loads, validation, and production readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization, ensuring issues are resolved and knowledge is transferred.

• Job description - Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Program Technical Lead Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to lead the technical delivery of a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• This role owns overall technical execution for the program and serves as the primary technical interface between the client, onshore implementation team, and offshore delivery resources for technical track.
• Experience leading at least two full cycles of Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as the Technical Lead.
• Proven ability to manage the technical track of a large, complex Oracle Cloud HCM deployment. Client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly, recommend solutions, and drive technical decisions.
• Experience conducting technical security related evaluation for mobile and AI capabilities. Relevant Oracle Cloud HCM, OIC, or OCI and CIF knowledge.
• Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end technical delivery across solution design, integrations, reporting, Fast Formulas, data conversion, environment management, testing, and production deployment.
• Lead technical discussions and answer client technical questions related to Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), the Common Integration Framework, APIs, middleware, networking, and firewall requirements.
• Provide hands-on debugging and issue resolution support as feasible during onshore business hours, coordinating with functional teams, offshore developers, and client technical teams.
• Manage onshore/offshore technical team/delivery, including technical work allocation, technical design reviews, development progress, code quality, testing, defect resolution, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain a complete inventory and status tracker for technical objects, including integrations, reports, Fast Formulas, and data conversion components.
• Lead environment planning and build, provisioning coordination, configuration, connectivity, refreshes, and deployment readiness.
• Guide the client on implementation technical best practices for integration testing, technical object validation, data conversion, reconciliation, and operational support.
• Drive technical readiness for testing cycles, data validation, integration testing, end-to-end testing, payroll parallel testing, time validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead proofs of concept and technical assessments supporting client security reviews for mobile capabilities, AI features, and related services.
• Own technical cutover planning activities, including deployment sequencing, dependencies, data loads, validation, and production readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization, ensuring technical issues are resolved and support knowledge is transferred.
