Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing HCM reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HCM reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Create complex data models, data visualizations, and ad‑hoc queries to meet business reporting needs.
• Ensure reports are optimized for performance, accuracy, and usability.
• Analyze large data sets within Oracle Cloud applications to identify trends and insights.
• Translate data findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work with business units to understand reporting requirements and provide solutions.
• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud reporting environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Perform regular audits and validations of reports to ensure accuracy.
• Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access controls.
