Job summary

The City of Atlanta Careers seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP specialist to define and implement cloud solutions aligned with business goals. You will analyze requirements, design scalable configurations, and collaborate with business units to drive enhancements.

Responsibilities include developing OTBI/BI Publisher reports, strengthening security and IAM controls, and delivering automation for deployments and ongoing cloud operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; equivalent experience considered.
Master’s degree with 5–8 years of related Oracle Cloud experience preferred.
Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP certifications or ITIL helpful.

Responsibilities

Analyze software requirements and define Oracle Cloud solution parameters.
Coordinate with business to capture needs for HCM and ERP Cloud.
Develop reports using OTBI, FRS, and BI Publisher.
Implement security, IAM, encryption, and compliance in cloud services.
Create automation scripts to streamline deployments and operations.
Support application deployments and cloud integrations with development teams.
Provide training and guidance to staff on Oracle Cloud best practices.
