Job summary

Stanford University IT is seeking an Oracle Cloud Reports Developer to join the Data Analytics & Reporting team. The role focuses on OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence to deliver scalable, secure reports and dashboards that support enterprise decision making.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, build data models and self-service visuals, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring data governance and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with seven years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM, EBS) experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle databases and Oracle applications.
• Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, OAS DV).
• REST APIs / data integration familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Build custom data models, subject areas, and data visualizations to support self-service analytics.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy and system integration.
• Assist in data validation, quality assurance, and system testing for new releases and patches.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for reports, dashboards, and self-service tools.
• Partner with functional teams to ensure data alignment with business processes.
• Support data governance initiatives and promote best practices for secure, compliant reporting.
