Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect (Payroll, Benefits, Absences, and OTL) to join our team. This full-time role can sit anywhere in the United States and focuses on delivering scalable HCM solutions for diverse clients.

You’ll lead technical design, oversee complex payroll and benefits workflows, and mentor project teams while aligning with IBM’s portfolio offerings to drive value and growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of Oracle HCM consulting across multiple clients.
• Hands-on HDL Conversions, transformation fast formulas, and HSDL Loads.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI reports, and custom payroll flows.
• Experience with BPM Workflow rules using FSM and BPM.
• Experience building Payroll, Benefits, Absences, and OTL fast formulas.
• Knowledge of building application extensions with VBCS and SSO configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight for estimates and statements of work.
• Ensures solutions align with portfolio offerings for profitable growth.
• Acts as technical interface to clients and develops opportunities.
• Builds quality solutions and advises on designs and approaches.
• Identifies opportunities for new or follow-on business.
