Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Cloud specialist to design and implement payroll solutions within Oracle HCM. You will partner with client teams to collect requirements, configure payroll workflows, and deliver robust end-to-end payroll processes.

Responsibilities include creating design documents, leading workshops, and supporting testing and cutover efforts. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and General Ledger.

Qualifications

• Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Financials including Chart of Accounts/General Ledger.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
• Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
• Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes in Oracle HCM.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Lead design workshops for end-to-end Payroll processing with business stakeholders.
• Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
