You will provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, collaborate with clients, and help implement and optimize payroll solutions across projects.

• 3+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll configurations, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
• Support implementations, including configuration, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training for HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Develop documentation for HCM Payroll configurations and processes.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports.
