Job summary

CACI is seeking an Oracle Cloud Solution Architect to design and deliver integration and data conversion for a major federal HCM modernization program migrating legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will own the technical design, oversee the development team, and ensure successful production deployments with a focus on integrations, conversions, and cloud components.

The role requires extensive Oracle Cloud experience, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and leadership of technical teams.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; higher experience may substitute.
• 10+ years architecting and delivering Oracle ERP/Cloud solutions, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into detailed solution designs for integration and data conversion.
• Design, build, deploy integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and federal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud and web services.
• Own end-to-end data conversion lifecycle: mapping, loading, validation, reconciliation, mock conversions through cutover.
• Lead technical developers; assign work, remove blockers, review deliverables, ensure design compliance.
• Perform advanced development: SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces, data extraction logic.
• Provision and administer OCI/PaaS environments (OIC, ATP, VBCS, APEX) and manage IAM policies.
• Convert HR policy requirements into technical designs and field mappings; escalate data model constraints.
