Job summary

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) is seeking an Oracle Cloud Functional Core HR/Compensation Lead to join IBM Consulting. This full-time role provides advisory and implementation support in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR and Workforce Compensation Cloud, with travel during critical project phases.

You will lead workshops, gather requirements, configure Core HR/Compensation, and coordinate with teams to deliver robust HR solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead with Core HR and Compensation experience in a client-facing, functional consulting role.
5 full life cycle HCM Cloud Implementations, with at least 3 focused on Core HR and Compensation.
Public Sector experience preferred; private sector experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in Oracle HCM Cloud ABM/OTL implementation projects.
Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and gap analysis.
Interpret business requirements for configurations of Core HR and Compensation modules and lead testing.
Collaborate with teams to implement Fusion Cloud Applications and ensure integrations with Oracle modules.
Coordinate with other lines of business and consultants to deliver best client solutions.
Provide guidance on data conversions, integrations, and reporting with Technical Practice.
