Job summary

Argano seeks a Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-size client engagements in Oracle Cloud HCM. You will align business processes with time and labor and absence management modules, delivering scalable solutions for complex client challenges.

You’ll mentor project teams, drive functional design, configuration, and validation, and contribute to practice growth while ensuring high client satisfaction and successful delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Client Services experience or related field with module-specific experience in Time and Labor and Absence Management.
• 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with understanding of business practices and system design.
• Oracle certification in your modules of expertise.
• Proven ability to lead and manage mid-size client projects independently and support sales as SME.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Align client business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs with functional expertise.
• Lead client workshops to formulate functional requirements and map to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Identify gaps and configure Oracle Cloud environments to meet client needs and document setup.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes and systems.
• Manage module track of projects including scope, expectations, risk, and test scripts.
• Mentor project team members through design, configuration, and documentation.
• Participate in internal forums to share knowledge and lead innovation in Oracle Cloud space.
