Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–10 years of client services experience, with Time and Labor & Absence Management modules.
• 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with related concepts.
• Oracle certification in relevant modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align client processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to meet needs.
• Lead client workshops to derive requirements and map to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Identify gaps, configure Oracle Cloud, and document setup.
• Advise on options, risks, and impacts to processes/systems.
• Manage module track, scope, expectations, risk, and test scripts.
• Mentor project team members through design, configuration, and delivery.
• Participate in internal forums to drive innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.
