As Technology Consultant 3, you will create requirement docs, design software, drive development and testing, and guide implementation across ERP programs while coordinating with offshore teams
Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
- At least 2 full life cycles of ERP implementation and rollout, with AMS model experience.
- Experience of functional/technical leadership in ERP programs.
- Experience in project planning and execution.
- Certified Project Management Professional.
- Knowledge of end-to-end processes in Oracle Finance cloud modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA).
- Experience in multiple end-to-end cloud implementations in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA).
- Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and delivery management with offshore/3rd party teams.
Responsibilities
- Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements from client workshops and interviews.
- Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
- Develop critical software applications and establish coding standards aligned with design and architecture.
- Create and guide comprehensive testing strategies conforming to requirements.
- Guide technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software applications for deployment and schedules.
- Ensure smooth system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and propose sustainable fixes with monitoring.
- Provide specialized insights and build collaboration with clients and internal teams for successful projects.
- Establish and maintain knowledge bases for vital information access.
- Contribute to tool selection and roadmap development with architects and insights on new technologies.
- Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights on software development for proposed solutions.

- Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
- Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
- Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
- Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
- Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
- Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
- Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
- Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
- Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
- Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
- Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

- Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR)
- At least 2 full life cycles of ERP (Any SaaS product) implementation and rollout experience and experience with establishing an AMS model for a large program and driving it successfully.
- Experience of functional/technical leadership in ERP programs.
- Experience in project planning and execution.
- Certified Project Management Professional.
- Knowledge of end-to-end processes in Oracle Finance cloud modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA)
- Experience in multiple end to end cloud implementation programs in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA)
- Client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
- Solution evaluations and recommendation – Lead the team in coming out with RCA analysis and drive the fixing of the root causes.
- Experience with defining the workflow and using the ServiceNow tool to manage the production support tickets.
- Experience in summarizing the status and identifying the improvement areas
- Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
