Job summary

Infosys seeks a skilled Oracle Financials Cloud consultant for US projects, focusing on GL, AP, AR, and CM modules. You will lead implementation efforts, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery for enterprise clients.

Applicants should have 2–3 full life‑cycle implementations, strong OUM/Agile experience, and a keen ability to translate business needs into functional designs. Travel/relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Oracle Financials Cloud experience across GL, AP, AR and CM modules.
• Implementation experience with Oracle Cloud; familiarity with OUM, Agile, CRP, SIT/UAT.
• 2–3 full life-cycle Oracle Financials Cloud implementations (AP/GL/AR/CM).
• Knowledge of data conversions/migrations, interfaces and reports with third‑party apps.
• Identify gaps and contribute to solution development.
• Oracle functional expertise and services industry experience.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders via regular meetings, sprints, and project phases.
• Support technical teams in development, integration, and customization of enterprise packages per project requirements.

Area Of Responsibility

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill And Experience

• Extensive Oracle Financials cloud experience in domain and functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, CM modules
• Implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud
• At least 2–3 full life‑cycle implementation experiences in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, CM)
• Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM), Agile, and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT)
• Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions
• Oracle Functional expertise and industry experience in services organizations
• Execute implementation strategy, capture business and systems requirements, prepare functional specifications, design solutions, prototype, test, train, and implement practical business solutions
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud strategy for data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reports with third‑party applications

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set‑ups
• Excellent communication skills, adept at business interaction and application understanding

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive specialty experience may be considered in lieu of one year of education
• Position may require relocation and/or travel to the project location
