Deloitte is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Consultant to help clients define cloud strategies, design processes, and deliver measurable results. You will lead requirements gathering, prototype, configuration support, and testing across projects.

Join a team driving transformational finance solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring juniors while traveling approximately half the time to client sites in the US.

Qualifications

• Functional implementation experience with 2+ Oracle Cloud Financials full lifecycle projects.
• 3+ years’ experience implementing any combination of Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
• Experience documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and designing current/future state processes.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average, based on client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design business processes, and support transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions.
• Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project team members.
• Contribute to Oracle Cloud Financials implementation activities, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and training.
• Assist with current-state and future-state process design and opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
• Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phases.
• Contribute to internal business development, including proposals and pursuit materials.
• Support the development of junior team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
