Job summary

Deloitte is hiring an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Senior Consultant in the United States to help clients define cloud strategy, design and implement Oracle solutions, and deliver measurable results. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design processes, and drive transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.

The role involves leading workstreams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to proposal efforts while traveling about 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Functional implementation experience with 2+, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations
• 3+ years’ experience implementing any combination of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules
• Experience supporting systems strategy, documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, and supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training
• Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or another related field

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations by gathering requirements and designing processes
• Assist with day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project teams
• Contribute to implementation activities: requirements gathering, fit-gap, design, prototyping, configuration, testing, training and post-go-live support
• Assist with current-state and future-state process design and scenario development
• Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across phases
• Support internal business development through proposal support and pursuit materials
• Help develop junior team members through knowledge sharing and coaching
