Job Summary:

• Preferred candidates will have previous experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead or in related areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Implementation experience in Core HR for a global company across multiple geographies.
• Experience working on Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
• Expertise in gathering & mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and documentation.
• Preparation of functional designs and collaboration with offshore teams for implementation and testing.
• Understanding of interactions with dependent modules in Core HR implementation.
• Experience with additional modules like ORC, Talent Management, Learning, and Advanced HCM Controls is desirable.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• Consulting and setup of Oracle HRMS modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance, iRecruitment).
• Preparation of user guides.
• Support for HR key users.
• Requirement collection and implementation of HR department requested enhancements.

Nice to Have Skills

• Active certifications in the Core HR module are preferred.
