Job summary

DMI is seeking an Oracle Cloud Solution Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. You will align with operational, security, and compliance requirements, guiding end-to-end architecture for OCI migrations and integrations.

Responsibilities include ensuring high availability, performing data migrations to OCI EXACS/EXACC, and driving performance tuning, cost optimization, and governance in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle database technologies and enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience with Oracle Exadata (on-prem and cloud – EXACS/EXACC).
• Proven experience in large-scale cloud migration projects (lift-and-shift and modernization).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for Oracle Cloud (OCI) solutions including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
• Design and implement high availability and full-service disaster recovery across OCI regions.
• Architect migrations from on-premises Exadata to OCI, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Collaborate with DBA, application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide guidance on Oracle Autonomous Database, AIOps, and AI-enabled capabilities within OCI.
