Summary

The Oracle Cloud Applications Managed Service Account Executive is responsible for driving managed services and consulting sales, managing OCA customer relationships, and supporting sales cycles with new clients. This role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge to deliver comprehensive managed services solutions.

Job Duties

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets to grow Oracle Managed Services.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to foster long-term partnerships.
  3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  4. Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting our services and value propositions.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create proposals and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  6. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, meeting all sales targets and quotas.
  7. Keep accurate records in the CRM system, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  8. Stay updated on Oracle products, industry developments, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services.
  9. Provide post-sales support, maintain client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.
  10. Enhance field-readiness and competitiveness in Cloud Managed Services through strategic sales initiatives, competitive positioning, and partner guidance.
  11. Develop reference accounts willing to share success stories of Denovo's Cloud Managed Services.
  12. Participate in industry networking organizations and provide leadership.
  13. Assist the sales team in creating solutions and estimating implementation activities; serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during sales processes.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned.
