Infosys is seeking a Senior Oracle CC&B functional consultant with a strong utility domain background, playing a team lead role and an expert who understands industry-specific needs to provide business-driven consulting to prospects as well as existing customers. In this role, you will contribute to implementing CIS solutions for Electric or Gas Utilities specific to Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Customer to Meter (C2M). You will create workshop plans, carry out requirement elicitation workshops, develop design documents, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure functionality development aligns with client requirements. The candidate should have experience in implementing CIS, CC&B solutions in North American Utilities markets, with in-depth industry expertise including current industry, digital, and technology trends. Consulting and techno-functional experience are preferred.

This position is based out of New York, NY. Candidates can work remotely within the USA during EST hours, with potential travel to project sites.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the field for each year of education.
• At least 11 years of IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Minimum of 8 years implementing CIS solutions for Utilities.
• Experience in at least 1-2 full-cycle utility implementations (Power / Water / Sewer) with hands-on functional and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Ability to perform AS IS and To Be models, conduct CRPs, and analyze product fitment or gaps.
• Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Oracle CC&B, Data Model, web services & BPEL services.
• Exposure to US regulated and deregulated markets.
• Experience leading development teams, working with client teams / SMEs, and guiding projects through the entire lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in a global delivery environment and business development for Oracle solutions like CC&B / C2M.
• Ability to lead design, build, testing, and deployment of Oracle CC&B / C2M solutions with proficiency in RICEFW components.
• Conduct functional workshops, demonstrate product capabilities, and map customer requirements to product features, suggesting workarounds or solutions.
• Develop functional design documents, configure CC&B packages, and create configuration documentation for developers.
• Guide, mentor, and review end-to-end solutions, resolving issues during support and post-go-live phases.
• Assist testing teams and support project teams with functional issues.

Estimated annual compensation range :

• In CA / NY / CO : $114,000 to $167,000
• In Washington, DC : $106,000 to $147,500
