Job summary

AllSTEM Connections, Inc. in Oakland, CA is seeking a Sr. CC&B/C2M Business Analyst on a contract basis to support a major billing system modernization program.

You will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners, shaping meter-to-cash processes using Oracle CC&B and C2M, and mentoring other analysts to ensure successful delivery of a long-term transformation initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience with meter-to-cash processes and Oracle CC&B/C2M is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and designs.
• SOX/regulatory/compliance awareness and mentoring of junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end meter-to-cash processes and translate requirements into specifications.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor partners to deliver Oracle CC&B and C2M functionality.
• Define scope, feasibility, and prioritization; review design docs and test plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to controls and internal processes.
