The Business Analyst analyzes and proposes system solutions for the Line of Business and IT organizations. Acts as a strategic partner and business and technical liaison who understands business content, procedures, processes and systems that are included in the scope of the Billing Modernization program. Assembles, analyzes, and translates business requirements into detailed requirements and functional specifications. Performs feasibility analysis; develops project scope; provides recommendations on alternative solutions, project strategy and deliverable prioritization. The successful candidate will be able to do analysis for Oracle’s Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), and various other meter-to-cash processes.
