Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 to maintain and develop Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Systems, migrating objects from development to production, and providing technical support for all components. You will collaborate with management and end-users to enhance application functionality.

Key responsibilities include patch testing, issue resolution with root cause analysis, data import via SQL and flat files, and building/maintaining Essbase cubes and Planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required.
• Minimum eight years in IT programming; at least five years with Oracle EPM System, Fusion Edition.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud components (Performance Management, Planning, Shared Services, Data Management, Narrative Reporting) required.
• Knowledge of Groovy, Business Rules, Calc Scripts, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle EPM Cloud Reports, and Smartview required.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud systems by identifying, implementing, and testing patches and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process, functional, and technical issues, providing root cause analysis.
• Import and manipulate data from multiple systems, including SQL-based, flat files, and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Create, modify, and maintain BSO and ASO Essbase cubes and Planning Applications in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Develop and modify calculation scripts, business rules, and Planning forms.
• Lead business requirements documentation and ensure technical designs are well-documented.
• Develop and lead the execution of test plans, test scripts, and procedures.
• Monitor team deliverables to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Role Overview

This position will maintain and develop Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Systems. The role involves facilitating the migration of Oracle EPM Cloud objects from development to production environments, providing technical support for all Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System components, and working with management and end-users to enhance application functionality.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills: Oracle EPM Cloud experience (Performance Management, Planning, Shared Services, Data Management, Narrative Reporting) is necessary. Knowledge of Groovy, Business Rules, Calc Scripts, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle EPM Cloud Reports, and Smartview is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• An Oracle EPM certification is preferred.
• Expertise in Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Windows, Project, Excel, and Word.
