Qualifications

• Five years of experience with KU financial systems or similar systems.
• Two years of MS Office Suite experience, especially Excel with VLOOKUPs and pivots.
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Oracle PBCS administrator and develop ad-hoc analyses and dashboards.
• Plan and analyze budget prep, reporting, and legislative-related documents.
• Forecast budgets and provide operational support and guidance.
• Manage cost center maintenance and related updates.
• Assist with policy, procedures, fund transfers, and budgeting questions.
• Provide training and communication on budget systems and processes.
