Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR HS diploma with 9 years.
• 5 years of experience with KU financial systems or similar systems.
• 2 years' experience with MS Office Suite; Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivots).
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Oracle PBCS budget system and develop dashboards.
• Prepare budget documents and analyze fiscal data for boards and legislature.
• Forecast budgets and provide operational support and reports.
• Maintain cost centers and ensure updates follow procedures.
• Support policy, procedures, and fund transfers with informed guidance.
• Provide training and communication to departments on budget systems.
