ResponsibilitiesThis position supports Mayo Clinic’s strategic investment in administrative systems, including Oracle and UKG’s reporting and analytics solutions via the Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDI). Success requires building and maintaining key data, reports, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics, covering all project stages: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Acquisition, Testing, Validation, Visualization/Model Development, Deployment, Maintenance, and Retirement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and testing data augmentation and reporting solutions in Oracle Analytics tools, ensuring data integrity in partnership with IT.
- Developing and maintaining Oracle Analytics / FDI and ERP/HCM dashboards, analytics, and extracts.
- Scheduling and deploying ad hoc and recurring analytics.
- Collaborating with users to create functional and technical documentation.
- Engaging with the implementation partner for onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Performing regression testing during system upgrades.
Must have a strong understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management processes, providing analytics support across clinical and business functions. Lead R&A analysis, support for existing systems, and participate in transformation efforts to optimize processes and improve user experience. Ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs, validate data integrity, and comply with regulations. Manage medium to large projects within an integrated environment and contribute to testing activities.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT. Alternatively, an H.S. Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience. Vendor certification may be required. Healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems are preferred. Must be customer-service oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Oracle data lineage.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion modules and Oracle FDI.
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts.
- Willingness to train on Oracle and UKG technologies, including certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics, Autonomous Data Warehouse, EPM, OAC, ODI.
- Experience with Eightfold.
