Job description

Dear Candidate,

Note: This is a remote option (Off-shore). On-site travel opportunity is available.

Travel: Middle-east countries based on project requirement.

Experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM Consulting.

Minimum 2+ years of Fusion Oracle Global HCM Cloud Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management end-to-end implementation experience.

Should have completed more than one full implementation project in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence Management.

Senior candidates with Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Management, and HCM analytics with Multi-Org and multi-country implementation experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Core HR and Absence Management Implementation.
2. Provide functional application leadership and guidance to the client regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
3. Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud Community.

Additional Desirable Skills:

1. Wider experience of HR processes from a business context.
2. Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Talent Management.
3. Fast formulae and HDL data loading are must skills.
