Role Overview

We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and ADP platforms. This role involves working across Finance, Payroll, and Technology, focusing on functional analysis, system integration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to analyze and define system needs for Oracle and ADP platforms.
• Support integration between Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP payroll/time systems.
• Configure and improve Oracle modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users.
• Create and maintain SOPs, ensuring compliance with SOX and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in Finance/HRIS.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Strong knowledge of ADP platforms (e.g., Workforce Now, GlobalView, Vantage).
• Excellent documentation and functional specification writing skills.
• Understanding of SOX, GAAP, and data privacy regulations.
