This position supports Mayo Clinic’s strategic investment in administrative systems like Oracle and UKG’s reporting and analytics solutions via the Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDI). Success requires building and maintaining data, reporting, and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics, across all project stages: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Acquisition, Testing, Validation, Visualization/Model Development, Deployment, Maintenance, and Retirement.
Must have strong knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Management processes, providing reporting and analytics support across clinical and business functions. Understand end-to-end business processes and how IT impacts them. Lead R&A analysis and support for systems and projects, including data validation, solution testing, and implementation. Drive process optimization and inform product roadmaps. Maintain system knowledge, validate data integrity, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs. Support data governance and manage medium to large projects, contributing to end-to-end testing activities.

This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT. Alternatively, H.S. Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience. Vendor certifications may be required. Healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems are preferred. Skills in project management, systems analysis, testing, process management, documentation, and data analysis are advantageous. Candidate must be customer-oriented, responsive, able to multitask, and work independently.

Annual Salary: $100,339.20 - $140,462.40

Schedule: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period, Monday-Friday, as needed on weekends
