Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services seeks an Oracle Americas Practice Leader to steer strategy, growth, and profitability for our Oracle portfolio across North and South America. You will own regional performance, build a high-performing team, and drive complex transformation programs involving ERP, EPM, SCM, and HCM with OCI and PaaS at the core.

You will cultivate executive relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and partners, shaping differentiated offerings and leading growth initiatives across industries.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of consulting, technology, and business leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Extensive Oracle ERP Cloud expertise with strong knowledge of EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, AI, PaaS, and OCI.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that increase Oracle revenue and client relationships.
• Experience leading complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth, profitability, delivery excellence, and market positioning of our Oracle business across North and South America.
• Own regional business performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, and pipeline growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing Oracle organization spanning consulting, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Drive new-logo acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships to deliver client outcomes and strengthen the Hitachi Digital Services Oracle practice.
