Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services, LLC is seeking an Oracle Americas Practice Leader to guide strategy, growth, profitability, and delivery excellence across North and South America. You will own regional performance and lead complex Oracle transformations spanning ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Data, AI, PaaS, and OCI while collaborating with sales, consulting, and partners.

You’ll bring 15–20+ years of leadership, proven P&L ownership, and deep Oracle Cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting, technology, and business leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue, margin, and utilization.
• Extensive Oracle ERP Cloud expertise with OCI, EPM, and Analytics.
• Experience leading complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth, profitability, and market positioning of the Oracle business across North and South America.
• Own regional performance including revenue, margin, and pipeline growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing Oracle organization.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and strategic alliances with partners.
• Ensure successful client outcomes and commercial negotiations.
