Job summary

Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists is seeking an Operating Room Attendant to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center team in Spokane. The role focuses on OR turnover, patient care assistance, and equipment movement to ensure efficient case flow.

Day shift, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm. No weekends, no night shifts or on-call. Offers comprehensive benefits and paid holidays, with a starting salary range posted for Medical Assistant roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• WA Medical Assistant Registration or endorsement within 1 month of hire.
• Valid Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room Support and turnover tasks between cases.
• Move beds/equipment safely and assist with patient positioning.
• Gather supplies and prepare for upcoming cases.
• Set up anesthesia machines and related equipment as directed.
• Transport patients and assist RN and anesthesia staff as needed.
• Maintain PAR levels and orderly stock of supplies.
