Job summary

Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery is seeking a full-time Surgical Technologist for our Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role involves providing instrumentation and sterile supplies for surgical cases, assisting surgeons during procedures, and preparing operating rooms.

Requires a Surgical Tech program diploma, Washington state registration (ST preferred), and BLS. Flexible 10-hour shifts with no weekend, holiday, or on-call duties. Excellent teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Surgical Tech program is required.
• State of Washington registration is required; ST certification preferred.
• BLS through AHA is required.
• Must be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Flexible hours with 10-hour shifts and 4 late shifts in a 6-week period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instrumentation and sterile supplies for surgical cases.
• Assist surgeons during procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms for procedures.
• Assist with gowning, gloving, and draping.
• Pass instrumentation and sutures and maintain sterile field.
• Assist with turnovers and cleanup of OR.
