Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military training equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Provides mentoring and guidance to Surgical Technologist positions.
• Performs OR support duties and maintains patient safety.
• Communicates effectively with surgeons, nurses, and staff.
• Maintains sterile technique and prepares operating room for procedures.
