Job summary

Eye Associates of Winchester seeks a Certified Surgical Technician to support OR operations, maintain sterile technique, and assist surgeons and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements include High School diploma or GED, BLS certification, and prior OR experience; HIPAA training, strong communication, empathy and attention to detail are essential. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
• Follow counts and safety protocols during procedures.
