RWJBarnabas Health's Jersey City Medical Center is seeking an OR Tech I in the Operating Room. The role supports the surgeon and RN, assists during the perioperative process, and ensures patient safety from prep through post-op care.
The position requires a Surgical Technician program completion, NBSTSA and BLS certifications, and 2–3 years of operating room experience. 7:00 am–3:00 pm, full-time with alternating weekends and call responsibilities.

A member of the surgical team, acting under the direction of a Registered Nurse, who works with the surgeon and RN in delivering patient care and assuming appropriate responsibility before, during and after surgery.
