Banner Surgery Center – Camelback, operated under Atlas Healthcare Partners in Phoenix, seeks an experienced nursing leader to supervise clinical operations and Preop/PACU patients. You will manage finances, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards while delivering excellent service to patients and families in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess an associate’s degree in nursing.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• 1–2 years of experience with relevant patient population.
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with physicians, staff, patients and families.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Excellent human relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support of clinical operations, staff, and Preop/PACU patients.
• Manage finances and personnel to allocate resources for quality patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote engagement and competencies.
• Assist with budgets and ensure targets are met.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and patient/physician experience.
• Drive process improvement and quality management activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
