Birmingham Surgery Center LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - OR for our Homewood, AL facility. The RN will deliver patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the surgical team.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, documentation, pain management, and ensuring aseptic technique. Requires current RN license and OR experience; BLS is required and ACLS is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License (RN).
• Current American Heart Association BLS required; ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers patient care using the nursing process across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Assesses and documents patient status and pain; communicates with staff for continuity of care.
• Maintains aseptic technique and proper surgical site identification; adheres to policies and regulations.
