Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRCST or Certified Surgical Technician preferred; CRCST within 120 days may be required.
• 2–5 years of face-to-face customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand surgical procedures and anticipate staff needs to ensure service.
• Pre-operative setup and verify functionality of equipment.
• Intra-operative support and prompt supply coordination.
• Post-operative turnover: inventory and prepare instruments for cleaning.
• Maintain decontamination, inspection, and sterilization standards.
• Coordinate with OR staff and manage surgeon preference cards.
