Qualifications

• Four years of Sterile Processing experience in an acute care hospital.
• Service line experience preferred.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification and CIS or CSIS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary SPD liaison with OR staff to identify process improvements and ensure timely sterile products.
• Reviews OR schedules and instrument reports to forecast tray needs and priority assembly.
• Performs decontamination, assembly, and sterilization tasks per established procedures.
