U.S. Anesthesia Partners in Kentucky's Northern region is seeking a Supervisor – Scheduling to manage daily schedule processing and liaise with hospital OR scheduling and management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years scheduling experience in hospital/surgery center or high-volume practice.
• Prior anesthesia scheduling experience preferred.
• Certification in medical terminology is helpful.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word; strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily schedule for all campuses and off-site locations.
• Ensure schedules are entered into QGenda for off-site locations.
• Communicate with off-site locations to keep schedules current.
• Confirm room counts are accurate for all off-sites weekly.
• Prepare weekly overviews of off-site locations for staffing.
• Monitor future manpower needs and maintain cross-coverage data.
• Provide periodic reports and perform other duties as assigned.
