Qualifications

• Certification in medical terminology helpful.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, physician practices, OR workflows, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily schedules for all sites and off-site locations.
• Ensures schedules are entered into QGenda and communicates with off-site locations.
• Monitors future staffing needs and maintains cross-coverage data.
• Provides weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as requested.
