HonorHealth is seeking an OR Registered Nurse for a day shift at Tempe Medical Center, AZ. The RN will provide essential perioperative nursing care, document patient information, and support postoperative recovery within a high-quality surgical unit.

Responsibilities include administering medications, managing IV lines, and teaching patients and families about post-surgical care. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• 2 years experience in the OR.
• Knowledge of ANA Standards for Professional Nurse and Code of Ethics.
• Ability to document and manage patient care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care per the planned care and administer medications as ordered.
• Record patients' medical history and symptoms, assist with diagnostic tests and treatments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans; assist with IV therapies and patient monitoring.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, diet, medications and home care needs.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students; support a collaborative care environment.
