RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center - Southern Campus in Lakewood, NJ seeks an experienced OR RN for a full-time day shift (9:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.). The role includes scrubbing and circulating in all specialties, collaborating with surgeons and staff, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS, at least one year OR experience; BSN preferred; EPIC experience. Competitive hourly pay range with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing (required).
• American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• At least 1 year OR experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in all OR specialties.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely decisions.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of next steps.
